Order Processing:

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or handmade hats may take up to 7 working days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping:

  • All orders will be dispatched quickly once payment has been confirmed. We usually process stock items within 1-2 working days depending on demand. Handmade products will take 3-4 working days to be made and packed. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Free delivery available on 1000+ of products over £150 minimum purchase.
  • UK destinations, which include England, Scotland, Wales, and Channel Islands, qualify for Free shipping in purchase of min £150, via a next working day service in prchase of minimum £70 .
  • If you entered a mobile number at the time of order, you will receive a real-time notification of your delivery. We cannot give instructions for the driver to leave your parcel in a secure place. We cannot be held responsible for any postage delays incurred by our chosen carriers.
  • Choose a specific delivery date & time that suits you for an additional fee.
  • Enjoy FREE next-day delivery across England, Scotland, Wales, and the Channel Islands on eligible orders.
  • If you provide a mobile number, you'll receive real-time delivery updates.
    Missing your order?

    If ordering within the UK, please leave 2 working days after your order has been shipped before getting in touch. In the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within 3 working days, then please contact us. Please include your order number in any correspondence.

Europe Shipping:

  • Free delivery available on 1000+ of products over £300 minimum purchase.
  • International destinations, which include Spain, Italy  and France, qualify for Free shipping in purchase of min £300, via a next working day service in prchase of minimum £70 .
  • European orders are dispatched by DHL Economy tracked service. Deliveries to most European destinations are typically made within 3-4 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery charges are calculated automatically on the billing page once your delivery address is confirmed.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Please note, any import duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.
  • Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control, your order may be susceptible to additional customs fees.
  • Custom fees vary depending on the country and will be charged upon reaching the destination country.
