Scott and Gibson Returns Policy
At Scott and Gibson, we want you to love your new hat! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, returning it is easy and stress-free:
Order Processing:
- Our Minimum Purchase checkout limit is £60.
- We use DHL Express for international orders, with most arriving within 2-3 working days.
- Worldwide (excluding Europe) orders are dispatched by DHL Express tracked service. Deliveries to most destinations are typically made within 2-3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery charges are calculated automatically on the billing page, once your delivery address is confirmed.
- Shipping costs and any additional duties or taxes are calculated at checkout or may be collected upon delivery.
- You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required. (Example USA orders under $800 are not subject to Duty)
- Please be aware that delays can occur in customs and these delays are outside of our control, your order may be susceptible to additional customs fees. Custom fees vary depending on the country and will be charged upon reaching the destination country.

If you refuse to pay the fees your order will come back to us and we will deduct the cost of shipping when refunding.Missing your order?

- Return Window: You can return your hat within 30 days of dispatch.
- Conditions: Please ensure your hat is unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact. (Custom or personalised items are only eligible for a size or colour exchange.)
- How to Return: Simply email us at info@scottandgibson.com with your order number and reason for the return, and we’ll send you simple instructions.
- Return Shipping: Return postage is your responsibility unless your hat is faulty. We recommend using a trackable postal service.
- Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Europe Shipping:
- Minimum Purchase of 300 Pound will be Free shipping in Europe location, else 30 pound will be extra charged for exprees delivery 2-5 days.
- European orders are dispatched by DHL Economy tracked service. Deliveries to most European destinations are typically made within 3-4 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery charges are calculated automatically on the billing page once your delivery address is confirmed.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Please note, any import duties or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
